REGISTRATION FEE (Kayıt Ücreti): 500 EURO Services included in the registration fee; Name badge (yaka kartı), symposium bag (sempozyum çantası), participation certificate (katılım sertifikası) and entrance to the symposium activity areas (etkinlik alanlarına giriş).
ACCOMMODATION FEE (Konaklama Ücreti – Renaissance Wien Hotel): 750 EURO Single Room (Tek kişilik oda). Services for the room rates mentioned above; Accommodation is bed and breakfast concept (oda kahvaltı konsepti). Check-in (giriş) on April 20, 2026, check-out (çıkış) on April 23, 2026 and 3 nights accommodation package price (3 gecelik paket fiyatı). All accommodation costs must be paid to the Invictus Tourism account number below before the congress (kongre öncesi ödenmelidir). Invictus Tourism reserves the right to reflect the changes in the amounts of possible taxes, duties, and charges to the prices (vergi ve harç değişikliklerini fiyatlara yansıtma hakkını saklı tutar).
TRANSFER FEE (Transfer Ücreti): 250 EURO The transfer price between airport to the hotel is 250 EURO for both directions (çift yönlü havalimanı transferi). Individual and special transfer requests will be budgeted separately (bireysel ve özel talepler ayrıca bütçelendirilecektir). Unpaid requests will not be accepted and all payments must be completed prior to the event (etkinlik öncesi tüm ödemeler tamamlanmalıdır).
